The Printer Cannot Print

There are some factors if your printer cannot print:
  1. Check the connection of the cable power
  2. Make sure the switch power on
  3. Check the data cable whether connect to USB port correctly or not
  4. Try to use the other data cable
  5. If you use the Microsoft® Windows® system, open MSDOS® Prompt and type this; C:\>dir >>LPT1
  6. Change the printer setting into “Default Printer” setting or reinstall the driver
  7. Make sure your computer hardisk has enough space. Sometimes if the space full the data cannot send to printer correctly.
