
There are some factors if your printer cannot print:
- Check the connection of the cable power
- Make sure the switch power on
- Check the data cable whether connect to USB port correctly or not
- Try to use the other data cable
- If you use the Microsoft® Windows® system, open MSDOS® Prompt and type this; C:\>dir >>LPT1
- Change the printer setting into “Default Printer” setting or reinstall the driver
- Make sure your computer hardisk has enough space. Sometimes if the space full the data cannot send to printer correctly.
