- Raise your head and cartridge from the printer.
- Separate ink cartridge from the head.
- Make sure you do not choose the existing electronic circuit printer head off because you can destroy it.
- Take hot water, pour into a bowl.
- Dip the tip of the head into the existing hot water in the bowl. Pay attention do not touch the water through to the electronic circuit because it will destroy it.
- Shake the head until the ink inside turn into liquid
- Change the water and repeat the way before until 4 or 5 times
- Dry the head with a soft cloth until dried
- Replace ink cartridge with the head. It is recommended to use the new cartridge
- Install the head and cartridge into printer
