1. Switch off the printer
2. Push and Hold down the Resume button, then press the Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press the Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. The Green LED will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green LED are solid, then press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not,
8. press the Power button once more.
9. Your printer should respond as normal
   

Instructions Reset for Epson R240-R245-R250

Here some procedures how to reset Epson R240/R245/R250. Follow the instructions correctly;

1. Switch the printer on
2. Set the Computer Date as indicated in "bat" file then run
3. Run adjprog.exe
4. Click accept
5. Set printer model then click ok
6. Select waste ink pad counter under maintenance option then click ok
7. Click read button
8. Click initialization then finish
9. Restart your printer

Reseting Canon MP145 Waste Ink Counter

If your printer shows the message like this, “Error ink cartridges are not installed properly (error E5)”. I’d like to share the methods.
These are the methods should be taken:

1. Switch the Power On
2. Press and hold the power button
3. Push Reset button once, then release the power button and push reset twice till 0
4. Push + display change from 0 to 1 (push button + to change 0 to 1)
5. Push the power switch on again, then Printer will be print 1 page
6. (push power button –> start button till 1 page.)
7. Open cover
8. Unplug power cable
9. Take out ink PG 40 and PG 41
10. Plug in the power cable
11. Switch on the power button
12. Open cover (scan cover)
13. Replace Ink PG 40, PG 41 again

Reset Ink Level Canon MP470

These steps are how to reset Canon MP470. It is basically a modified reset procedure for Canon MP460. Follow the instructions correctly.

1. Disconnect the power cable.
2. Hold down Power button.
3. Reconnect the power cable.
4. While the power button still down, press the Stop/Reset button twice.
5. Release the Power button.
6. The printer is now in factory mode (wait until idle is displayed)
7. Press the right arrow button (next to the OK button) repeatedly until Shipping Mode 3 is displayed.
8. Press the OK Button
9. Wait until “Without Cleaning” is displayed and then press the Stop/Reset button once.
10. A test page should print.
11. Open the cover. (the cartridges should position themselves at the far left – the cartridge removal location)
12. Disconnect the power cable.
13. Remove both cartridges.
14. Close the cover.
15. Reconnect the power cable.
16. Press the Power button.
17. Wait until a Replace Cartridges message is displayed. Now insert the cartridges.
18. Wait until the printer is operating in its normal mode. The display shows the normal start menu (ie: Copy).
